Project:
To supply a set of natural gas pipeline calculations for submittal to the city for approval showing a laundry-dry cleaning establishment met the existing code.

Project:
Generated all the drawings and calculations required to obtain approval for a single family home renovation.  Included was the plumbing, electrical, structural, and HVAC.

Project:
Contracted by a structural engineering firm to generate a natural gas, hot and cold water, vent, and drain systems for an 8 unit condo re-hab project. Calculations were needed for the pipe sizes, flow rates, and fluid velocities. This required 20 drawings (2D & 3D) and 60 plus pages of calculations.
